GSHCDC SUMMER 2025

Camp Ilchester was sold to Howard County in Fall 2022, and the county began a renovation project that is still in process.

But we heard it loud and clear from our campers, families, and volunteers alike -- GSHCDC is special. We love camp! 

So we searched for a new place to call home. And we found it, thanks to the kindness of Temple Isaiah in Fulton. In their beautiful outdoor space, we held one week of camp in June 2023 and June 2024.

Information about 2025 will be announced later this Summer.

Please note: Two patches were created by individual councils—the "Raise Your Hand" patch by Girl Scouts Nation's Capital (GSCNC) and the "Oh What a Flag!" patch by Girl Scouts of Central Maryland (GSCM). Both are available to all Girl Scouts, but requirements may vary by level.
