6th Grade Sleepover


The 6th Grade Sleepover is a team-building, relationship-fostering, overnight experience that takes place each sessionafter camp ends Wednesday afternoon until Thursday morning when camp resumes. It is open to all rising 6th grade girls registered for camp.

  1. Buses roll out of camp; 6th graders relax with a cool snack
  2. Divide into patrols and prepare dinner
  3. Special craft and free time
  4. Dinner and clean up
  5. Campfire and s'mores
  6. Tent time
  7. Lights out
  8. Rise and shine
  9. Breakfast
  10. "I Survived the Sleepover" ceremony
  11. Dance Party in the Flag Field as staff and campers arrive




Wednesday Afternoon Snack

  • Frozen fruit bar


Wednesday Dinner

  • Trash Can Stew: boneless chicken breasts, turkey sausage, potatoes, carrots, onions, corn on the cob
  • Vegetarian Pot Stew: potatoes, carrots, onions, corn on the cob
  • Leafy green salad with tomatoes and cucumbers
  • Garlic bread
  • Brownies (regular and gluten free when requested)
  • S'mores at campfire


Thursday Breakfast

  • Bagels with cream cheese or butter
  • Bananas
  • Leftover stew  :) 
  • Orange juice and milk
  • Donut holes


Thursday Snack

  • A refreshing surprise


Thursday Lunch

  • Cooking day menu or pre-ordered bag lunch
